Made-to-order items
Because every item is printed specially for you, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please check the size guide in your order email before confirming.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or is not the item you ordered, email us at repayiti@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Order cancellations
You can cancel an order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it, before it enters production.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.
