Processing time

Each item is printed to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships.

Delivery times

United States: 3–7 business days after shipping
Canada & the Caribbean: 7–15 business days
Rest of the world: 10–21 business days

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated by destination and confirmed in your order email before payment. Orders are shipped with tracking, and the tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your package leaves our production partner.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Contact us within 24 hours of ordering if you need to change your address.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is marked delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, email us within 14 days of the delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
